“Road maintenance – Dupnitza” Ltd. is a private company, the successor State “Road Maintenance – Dupnitza" Dupnica after its privatization in 2000. With an order of 29.06.2000 № 6 of the Ministerial Council of the Republic of Bulgaria and registered with decision № I - 655/09.08.2000g. of Kyustendil District Court.
From 01.10.2000 to the company were transferred personnel and facilities from the “Regional Road Management” – Kyustendil.
By decision of the District Court of Kyustendil 21.01.2004 sole owner of the capital of “Road Maintenance – Dupnitza” Ltd. became the company Megainvest Ltd. 

Principal business of the company is designing, building sites of road infrastructure, hydro construction, housing construction, renovation of residential and industrial buildings and engineering activities.
Company policy is to achieve higher competitiveness in the implementation of major infrastructure projects in the country and abroad.
The accounting policies of the firm is set of principles, rules and procedures adopted for reporting its activities to provide information on the financial statements.

In preparing the annual accounts of the “Road maintenance – Dupnitza” Ltd. respecting all principles of the Accounting Act, the national accounting standards and internal regulations of the company, reflecting the specificity of its activity. Financial statements are prepared in accordance with the principles: charge-current income and expenses when they occur and their inclusion in the accounts for the period to which they relate, prudence, matching between revenues and expenses on the basis of documentary merit of business operations and facts.
