The engineer staff of the company possesses the necessary training and education for the implementation of technical regulations, work projects and compliance with safety and health at work. If it is necessary to increase the educational level of the specialists with higher technical education, company bears all costs of such acquisition which enables professionals to monitor any changes in regulations in the transmission and reception of works. Executive staff numbers 110 people and is highly skilled in different types of construction. All of them have the necessary qualification and requalification for the implementation of new technologies in the industry. The company is registered in the district labor inspection in Kyustendil. Due to the specifics of the work, the staff is regularly supplied with the necessary seasonal work wear and personal protective equipment in accordance to the regional labor inspection regulations. “Road maintenance – Dupnitza” Ltd. has a large fleet of its own machines, diverse heavy and light machinery, miniature technique, asphalt placement machines, sealing equipment, its own premises and others. The technical – production base of the company is in close proximity to main road E-79 / I - 1 / on the territory of Dupnitza, enabling the rapid repair of heavy and light machinery, which ensures both the quality performance of different types of construction and installation works, also its implementation within the deadlines. The mobile asphalt base is with production capacity 100 tons per hour. At the moment the base is positioned in the village of Slatino, Boboshevo municipality, Kyustendil district. The mobile concrete mixer is with a production capacity of 40 cubic meters per hour. The mobile machinery for crushing and grinding of stones is BRAUN LENOX and supplyes all the necessary broken stone fractions.
For implementation of the projects the company is using modern technologies and sets quality selection of materials. Company alone has built a residential building with garages in the area “Krastova vada”, Lozenets region, one of the most prestigious and ecologically clean areas of the city, near Vitosha mountain. The site is built on his own yard of 2035 sq.m. with built-up area of 665 sq.m. and surface up area of 5 586 sq. m. The building consists of three inputs and a large enclosed space with all night guard. Concrete columns and part of the fence is lined with Syrian limestone glitz, between the columns has a metal openwork panels. The six residential floors consist of 32 two-bedroom apartments, 4 three-bedroom apartments, 8 studios for creative activity. In each of the three sections, on the terrace floor, is located one four-bedroom apartment. All the apartments are with east and west exposure. At each entrance there is a hydraulic lift which is connected with the basement, where are located the cellars and 13 underground garages with movement path, separately there are 20 parking places for 21 cars on the ground floor. Generally provide 34 parking places. Ground premises and the staircases are lined with granite, common parts of the entrances are fully completed - granite flooring on stairs and platforms, aluminum railings, and paint.
